Mrs. Linda – in Teacher category, please use the attached Avatar. For the past three years, I have had the joy of growing with EFK as both an assistant and a lead teacher, and every moment has reminded me why I care so deeply about the work we do. Working with kids fills me with energy and purpose. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, I love guiding students as they express themselves, explore new ideas, and engage in creative projects that inspire their imaginations. During my time at EFK, I have had the wonderful opportunity of working with kids between the ages of four and seven years old. Watching their curiosity grow has been one of the most rewarding parts of my experience. I especially treasure those unforgettable lightbulb moments when a child completes a project and their eyes shine with pride and excitement. I also love seeing the joy on parents’ faces as their children share what they learned or demonstrate how their project works. These moments of discovery, confidence, and connection are what make EFK such a special place for me. I am truly grateful to teach in a center where curiosity is encouraged, creativity is celebrated, and every child is given the opportunity to shine in their own unique way.

Heeju Kim – in Teacher category, please use the attached photo. At Engineering for Kids, I mainly teach robotics, beginner coding, and hands-on STEM activities. I love helping kids explore new ideas in a fun and supportive way.
