Preparation

  • We recommend bringing a snack to eat during the short mid-session break. Students use a lot of brain power and often need to replenish their glucose.
  • Students who will be with us during the supervised lunch period should be dropped off with a lunch. If you need to have something delivered for them instead, you must notify us and have it delivered addressed to your child, or your name as it appears in our registration system. We do not have staff available during lunch break to follow up on improperly delivered lunches, so please have the lunch delivered before AM camp ends (11:45 am) so we can make sure your child has an optimal break time experience.
  • Please do not send your child with any food containing peanuts or peanut butter.
  • Please do not send your child with unpopped popcorn or food that must be heated. (Our microwave is for lab use, not for student meals).
  • Filtered drinking water is provided.
  • Please add any contacts to your account who are authorized to pick your child up from camp.  Students will only be dismissed to contacts or guardians on file. You may add contacts via your amilia.com account, by coming into the office, or by emailing us directly with the contact information.
  • We’re happy to partner with our neighbors at Bash & Design Art Gallery to provide combination camps! If your student will be participating in our camp for the AM and doing art camp for the PM, please “purchase” our free walk-over service to indicate which child needs to be escorted to the art studio after lunch break or email us directly.
