Brick Battle Champions

This competition is designed to get children inspired to use all of their LEGO building knowledge to compete with their peers in a series of building challenges that will be sure to spark their creativity and inspire them to learn more.

Contestants need to have their own basic collection of LEGO bricks to work with.

Brick Suggestion:

Standard bricks (4x2, 2x2, 1x2, 1x4), Flat Bricks/plates (2x4, 2x8, 4x4), Slopes, Assorted small miscellaneous pieces. In total, students may need roughly 100+ pieces to have the best success with their builds.

Contestants will have 60 minutes to virtually (live) build a Brick Project. Engineering For Kids instructors will be live with the contestants to monitor their progress and answer any questions while competing.

Winner:

Engineering For Kids Instructors will select the best 5 projects, based on the Engineering, Innovation, Stability of the designs.

Contestants will vote for the best project out of the 5 selected designs by instructors.

Prize: $50. Winner will receive a (Visa/Master) Card!

  3. City Car/ Road Blocks Date: Friday, May 22, 2020
  • Time: 4-5
  • Registration fee for each battle: $5+HST
