Minecraft: Into the Future!

This camp will immerse students in the expansive world of Minecraft and will challenge student's ingenuity and problem solving skills as they navigate through several engineering challenges. Students will learn how to use teamwork and manage resources like an engineer in the real world. Building in Minecraft allows students to experiment with designs and materials, all without the risks associated with building structures in reality.

Lego Robotics: Amazing Mechanisms

This class is a perfect mixture of fun and learning, using LEGO WeDo Robotics. Using LEGO bricks, students build a dancing bird, a smart spinner, a drumming monkey and so much more! Students will also learn engineering concepts, applications of different sensors, and how to program/operate their creations using a laptop computer.

Heroes Week

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's...Heroes Week! Students will join other engineers their age as they seek ways to protect the world and save mankind in the process. They will join a league of heroes and will compete against other leagues by performing engineering-related challenges, such as saving an ecosystem from a potentially lethal oil spill. Only one group will end the week as the ultimate league of super heroes!

Wings, Wheels, and Sails (5 day camp)

In The Engineering of Travel, students will explore areas of engineering such as mechanical, civil, marine, and aerospace engineering. They will explore the thought process behind road design, construct shapes that make sound bridges and test them, design a boat to float across the ocean, and discover and build designs that let us travel through the air and even into space.

Wreck it Week! (4 day camp)

Smash! Crash! BOOM! Students in this camp will join Wrecking Companies for the week and will attempt to work their way up the ranks of their company from Intern to President. They will compete against other wrecking companies in various engineering-related challenges, such as building a bridge from balsawood and constructing safety mechanisms to protect a raw egg from impact. Put on your hard hats and safety goggles and join the fun!

We are excited to announce our first Coding Summer Camp!

About the challenges:

Students need to help a monkey catch bananas in different fun-filled challenges. Throughout the game, they will meet cute characters as they learn coding the fundamentals of objects, loops, variables, array indexing and for loops. Personalized hints and tips included every step of the way.
